Terms of Service

1. The service

Intry provides free, web-based field calculators and reference charts for the skilled trades, including a version you can install on your phone. There is no account and no payment.

2. Accuracy and your responsibility

We build the tools carefully and cite our sources (NEC table and section numbers, manufacturer pressure-temperature and product data). But codes, local amendments, and product specifications change, and every job is different. The results are aids, not a substitute for the current adopted edition of the applicable code, the manufacturer's instructions, sound engineering judgment, or the authority having jurisdiction.

You are responsible for verifying every result against the governing code and specifications for your jurisdiction and installation before you rely on it. If a number looks wrong, email us so we can check it. Accuracy is the whole point.

3. Provided "as is"

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that they are error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intry and NiceTry Labs are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the tools or their results.

5. Acceptable use

Use the tools for their intended purpose. Please do not:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the site
• Scrape or copy the site in bulk
• Use it for any unlawful purpose

6. Ownership

The site, its design, branding, and content are owned by Intry and NiceTry Labs. The tools are free to use in your work; please do not copy, rebrand, or redistribute them as your own.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the current terms.
