Intry Systems provides an AI-powered dispatch platform for trade contractors. Our AI dispatcher, Emily, communicates with customers via SMS and web widget to diagnose service issues, collect job details, and generate structured dispatch briefs for technicians.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Free Trial and Pricing

Intry Systems may offer a free trial period. Pricing, features, and trial terms are described on our pricing page and may change with notice. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam, abusive, or harassing messages through the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you provide to the Service, including customer information and job details. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to process conversations, diagnose issues, and generate dispatch briefs. AI outputs are advisory and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it. Intry Systems does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Intry Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intry Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intry Systems from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate use of the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Maryland.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
