Intry Pro · coming soon

Your write-up, done before you leave the driveway.

Intry Pro files every unit and panel you work on, with its readings, notes and photos, as you work, and sends the job to your shop's software (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan) or a Google Sheet, or hands it to your customer if you run none. Your AI fills the gaps and prices the parts against your suppliers and Intry's own price data, and every number shows where it came from.

It adds to the free app, which stays free.

Your first job in Pro

The free tool, unchanged. The decode already knows what a record needs, so nothing gets typed twice.

If you run none

It ends with your customer

When the visit is done, the customer gets a page under your shop's name by QR or a text, with the unit, the readings and what was done. A reminder brings them back next season, and a PDF is there if you want one.

If you run job software

It lands on the job in your software

When the visit is done, the readings, photos, notes and parts list go onto the job in your shop's software, or into a Google Sheet it can read. Nobody retypes them.

Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan, and a Google Sheet for anything else. Tell us what you run and we set it up with you.

What stays in your software: scheduling, invoices and payments. Intry adds the equipment, the readings, the parts and where every number came from.

Every part priced, at your markup

The job already knows the parts: the wire, the breaker, the ground and the line set come from your readings. Your assistant prices them from the price sheets and quotes your suppliers already send you, every price says where it came from and when, and the quote carries your markup. Intry also keeps its own price data across suppliers, so you see who sells each part for less.

Intry never buys anything, never takes a cut of what you buy, and never holds your supplier login.

Your AI, at every step

Intry calculates. Your assistant finds what Intry doesn't have. Intry checks the source before it counts, and every value says which it is.

  1. Fill a missing specYour assistant finds it in the maker's documents.Intry opens the page and finds the exact line before it goes in.
  2. Price the partsYour assistant prices the job's parts from your suppliers' price sheets and Intry's own price data.Every price keeps its source and date; an old price or a mismatched size is flagged.
  3. Panel capacity from the utility fileYour assistant reads the customer's 12-month peak from their utility download.Intry keeps the file's fingerprint and runs NEC 220.87 on it.
  4. Warranty claim packetYour assistant brings the registration and the install invoice. The terms come from the maker's own certificate edition. The maker decides the claim.
  5. Recall check on every unitYour assistant drafts the note to each customer with a match. Each match shows CPSC's hazard and remedy in its own words, and which printed conditions the unit meets.
  6. Before the visitYour assistant briefs the tech from the unit's record.Every number in the brief says where it came from.

Works with Claude, ChatGPT and any assistant that can add an MCP server. Intry checks what goes into your record; your assistant's chat replies are its own.

What you found, what you did, what to watch. Edit it any time.

  4. 4 · Fill the gaps

    Your AI finds what's missing

A spec Intry doesn't have? Your assistant looks it up in the maker's documents, and Intry checks the source before it goes in.

  5. 5 · Hand it off

It lands where your shop works

The readings, photos, notes and parts go onto the job in Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or a Google Sheet. Run none? A customer page under your shop's name, by QR.

Next season starts where you left off

A reminder brings you back, and the unit shows what changed since last time.

The trust layer

Every number says where it came from

Calculated by Intry

Worked out by Intry's own engines from published tables, charts and maker documents. The source is one tap away.

Quoted from source

Your AI found it in a maker's document, a file the customer sent, or your supplier's price sheet. Intry opened the source itself, found the exact words, and kept the link and the date.

You entered

Readings and notes you typed. Yours, and labelled as yours.

Unchecked

Found, but the source couldn't be matched. It can't feed a calculation or reach your customer until you confirm it.

Who it's for

Intry runs the job

Just me and the truck

One person, HVAC or electrical. The record is the paperwork, under your name, and the customer gets a page by QR.

Sent to your shop's software

Tech on a crew

Your shop runs Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan. Your readings land on the job once it's set up, and nothing goes around your boss.

Either way

Owner with an office

A shop with an office, maybe both trades. Every unit the crew touched, warranty and recall checks, and every part priced at your markup.

Mostly on its own

Service-upgrade electrician

Panels, load calcs from the utility's own demand data, and a worksheet for the inspector with the NEC section on each calculated line.

Questions

Is this AI?

Intry's own numbers come from calculations on published tables, charts and maker documents. Pro lets your AI assistant fill the gaps, and everything it brings in is labelled and source-checked before it goes in your record.

Do I have to switch from Jobber or ServiceTitan?

No. Keep it. The job goes into Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan, or a Google Sheet, and Intry adds what it doesn't do.

Which software will it send jobs to?

Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan, and a Google Sheet for anything else. Tell us what you run when you sign up.

Does Intry buy parts or take a cut?

No. Your assistant prices the parts from your suppliers' price sheets and Intry's own price data, so you see who sells each part for less. The quote carries your markup, and you buy where you choose.

Which AI assistants work with it?

Claude, ChatGPT, and any assistant that can connect to an MCP server.

What happens to the free tools?

Nothing. They stay free and work without signing in.

What will it cost?

Every shop gets two months on real jobs first, working with us. No card and no commitment. If it isn't worth it after that, you walk away.

What do you do with my email?

We use your email and any answers you give only for Intry Pro: to contact you about it, set it up for you and shape it around how you work. The answers you tap are also counted in our analytics, never with your email. We write to you ourselves. Ask and we delete them; the privacy page says how.
