  • Diagnose service issues and generate structured dispatch briefs for technicians
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Improve our AI triage accuracy and response quality
  • Communicate with you about your service request
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform

3. SMS Data

SMS conversations are processed by our AI system to extract job-relevant information. Message content is stored to maintain conversation context and generate dispatch briefs. We do not sell SMS data to third parties or use it for advertising. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication
  • OpenRouter — AI model inference for conversation processing
  • Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymous website usage analytics
  • Vercel — application hosting and deployment

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We only share data necessary for each service to function.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and secure infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Conversation data and dispatch briefs are retained for as long as needed to provide the Service and support ongoing customer relationships. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
